Step by step
- List operating system work, application updates, malware response, content changes and recovery tasks you expect.
- Ask the provider to mark what is included, excluded or separately charged and who owns each task.
- The proposal should make recurring responsibilities clear before you commit.
Keep the result of the final check and any unresolved question with your project records.
