Step by step
- Open Manage Domains in your account and locate the exact domain spelling. A hosting product does not by itself prove that its domain is registered through this account.
- Open the domain details and review the information available to your role. A domain managed by another registrar may not appear in this list.
- If a domain is missing, compare your registration confirmation and the account used. Do not register a different spelling or change DNS merely to make it appear.
Expected result
You know whether the domain is listed in this account and which record needs further investigation.
Availability depends on your product and account permissions. If an option is missing, ask support before creating another account or order.
