Step by step
- Define the task, duration and information the collaborator is permitted to see.
- Ask the operator which supported account mechanism provides that scope; do not share your own credentials as a substitute.
- After completion, have the owner review access removal and any retained integration credentials.
Keep the result of the final check and any unresolved question with your project records.
