A mailbox login is not the same account as the hosting customer portal.
Step by step
- Identify the mailbox address and its authorised webmail instructions separately from your customer login.
- Use the verified webmail address and mailbox credentials; do not assume the portal password applies.
- Check you can read and send a test message from the correct mailbox.
